Recruiting
We select professionals who fit your needs and your team both professionally and personally. Before the introduction we review qualifications, documents, professional experience, expertise, German skills and motivation.

Language & recognition
We review and complete the required documents, submit the applications and accompany the recognition procedure. Regular language checks help assess progress and ensure an appropriate German level on entry.

Visa
We accompany the visa procedure and coordinate the necessary steps with the responsible authorities. Where suitable, this also includes support with the accelerated skilled worker procedure.

Relocation
We support the search for accommodation and plan the entry to Germany together with the professional. After arrival we help with, among other things, pick-up, registration and setting up a bank account and insurance.

Integration
We stay reachable for the practice and the professional even after work begins. Through regular integration meetings and personal support we help identify challenges early and solve them together.
