From selecting suitable professionals through to long-term integration, we coordinate the entire process. You get clear procedures, one dedicated contact and noticeable relief in day-to-day operations.
The six building blocks
Recognition & qualification
We compile the required documents, submit the applications and accompany the recognition procedure. We also coordinate any necessary qualification measures with the professional, the training providers and the responsible authorities.
Visa & work permit
We coordinate the visa procedure and, where it makes sense, the accelerated skilled worker procedure as well. We handle communication with the authorities involved and keep an eye on deadlines and queries.
Relocation & housing
We support the search for accommodation, plan the entry to Germany and organise the first steps in the country — including pick-up, registration, bank account, health insurance and other organisational matters.
Integration & support
Our support does not end when the job starts. Through regular integration meetings and personal exchange with both sides we recognise challenges early and help find workable solutions together.
Funding options
Various funding programmes may apply to employing and qualifying international professionals. An education voucher (Bildungsgutschein) and a wage subsidy (Arbeitsentgeltzuschuss) can relieve you considerably. We check which funding applies in your case and support you with the application.

Define the need together
We discuss the vacant position, your team's requirements and the general conditions. This lets us select professionals who match what you actually need.

Meet and select professionals
You receive carefully selected candidate profiles, and we accompany the personal introductory interviews. That gives you a well-founded impression and lets you decide who fits your company professionally and personally.

Check funding options
Once the job offer is accepted, we review together which funding options apply to employment and qualification, and support you with the application. This can reduce, for example, the cost of the adaptation course and any further expenses.

Coordinate recognition & entry
We coordinate recognition, qualification, the visa and the work permit, and keep track of deadlines and queries. You stay informed about the current status and are relieved of the burden throughout the procedure.

Support arrival & collaboration
We help with finding accommodation, entry to Germany and the first organisational steps. Even after the start at work, we stay in regular contact with both sides so that challenges are recognised early and solved together.
